Norse Shipyard has confirmed its return to the Icelandic Fisheries & Aquaculture Exhibition and Conference (IceFish) in 2026. Visitors will find them on their familiar stand, E41.
The company offers a wide range of newbuilding and repair services at its facilities in Turkey. It is known for its quality engineering, design and manufacturing capabilities and has undertaken innovative projects including the world's first hydrogen-powered ferry. It has also successfully completed significant projects in collaboration with various other shipyards in Norway and Turkey.
Since attending IceFish in 2024 Norse has added a new floating dock to its shipyard, providing a stronger and more flexible service by increasing our maintenance, repair and operational efficiency.
It has also started the construction process of projects NB32: Fluctus Fish Feed Barge 5035 and NB33: FLUCTUS Fish Feed Barge 1001.
Additionally, the company implemented a significant project in line with its sustainability and energy efficiency goals. It has generated 545,330 kWh of electricity annually and prevented 337,995.5 kg of CO₂ emissions. This is equivalent to the amount of carbon removed by approximately 6,380 trees in a year!
